BREXIT is approaching and on 31 December at 23:00 the United Kingdom will leave the European Union and thus become a “third country”.
Goods entering the European Union from the United Kingdom, as well as goods leaving the European Union to the United Kingdom, will become subject to customs treatment, which means that they will be subject to customs supervision and as such subject to customs control and calculation of customs duties on import.
