Objectives and expected results of the project
Improve the business processes involved in the project, regarding contribute to growth and development, thereby revitalizing the business, increasing efficiency, productivity, safety in business, reducing risk exposure, strengthening the market position for further planned development and creating preconditions for planned investments in warehouse logistics capacities and raising the company’s share in market.
