The processing manager is authorized to give your personal information for use to another recipient (Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Croatia), upon written request, if necessary for the purpose of performing activities within the scope of the recipient’s statutory activity and for the purpose of concluding and executing the contract to which you are a party.
2. Use of cookies

3. Types of personal information we collect
We collect the following personal information: First and last name, OIB (personal identification number) and contact information.
4. Period of storage of personal information
We keep your personal information until termination of the contractual relationship, and at the latest upon expiration of the legal obligations related to the storage of personal information.
5. Purpose of collecting personal information
We collect personal information for the purpose of providing services within the scope of our business in accordance with the Union Customs Code. We also use them to execute the Agreement and collect claims.
6. Forwarding of personal information
We forward your personal information to the Croatian Ministry of Finance for the purpose of executing the contract to which you are a party.
7. Management of consent
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of the consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent prior to its withdrawal. If you withdraw your consent, we will no longer use your information for these purposes, but this may result in the inability to provide the services that underlie our contractual relationship.
You may withdraw your consent in writing (by mail or e-mail) with the personal data protection officer whose contact information is specified in item 1 of this statement.
8. User rights
a) Right to access
You can request the right to access your personal information, and get a glimpse of your personal information that we process.
b) Right to rectification
If your personal information we process is incomplete or inaccurate, you may request a correction or supplement to it at any time.
c) Right to erasure
You can request your personal information to be deleted at any time. The data will be deleted if there is no legal obligation to keep it.
d) Right to restriction of processing of personal data
You can request the right to restrict the processing of your data at any time:
If you dispute the accuracy of the information during the period we need to verify the accuracy of that information
If you believe that the data processing was not legal but refuse to delete the data and instead seek the right to restrict the processing
If the information is no longer needed for the intended purposes but is still needed to fulfill the legal requirements
If you have objected to the distribution of those data
e) Right to data portability
You can request that we provide you the information you have provided to us in a structured format in a machine-readable format.
f) Right to object
You have the right at any time to object to the processing of personal data relating to you if you believe that the processing of your information is not lawful.
g) The right to file a Request for the Protection of Rights
If you believe that we have violated Croatian or European data protection regulations when processing your personal data, you have the right to file a Request for Protection of Rights with the Personal Data Protection Agency, and from 25 May 2018 to an EU supervisory authority.
